Product Description

It is designed to accept signals directly from a pH electrode and a conductivity probe at the same time. Direct connection of the probes to the transmitter assure a positive electrical connection with no signal loss. This transmitter is ideal for remote process control applications. The output signals are proportional to the input signals but independent of changes in load or cable capacitance. Compensation for the effects of temperature for EC measurements are performed by the transmitters' Automatic Temperature Compensation circuitry. The transmitter can be connected to any pH or conductivity controller, recorder, PC or any data monitoring device that accepts 4-20 mA input. It is an ideal tool for applications that require the monitoring of both pH and conductivity at the same time. 4-20 mA isolated output. 0 to 14 pH and 0 to 10 mS/cm EC range. +/-0.5 percent FS pH and +/-2 percent FS EC accuracy. 2 point, manual pH calibration through offset and slope trimmers and 2 point, manual EC calibration through 0 and 5 mS/cm trimmers. 12-24 VDC power supply. Temperature compensation (EC): automatic, 0 to 60 degree C (32 to 132 degree F) with beta=2 percent/degree C. pH electrode: HI 1001 pH electrode (suggested, not included), HI 1283 matching pin (not included).
